Refund & Policy

1. Appointment Booking & Advance Payments

Appointments may require an advance consultation or booking fee.
Advance payments are collected to confirm your appointment and reserve clinic time and medical resources.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Appointment Cancellation by Patient

• Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the advance booking fee.

• Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice (no-show) will result in no refund of the booking amount.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Consultation Fees

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided.

• If the Clinic cancels the appointment, the paid consultation fee will be fully refunded or adjusted for a future appointment.

3.2 Treatment & Procedure Fees

• Payments made for treatments or procedures already performed are non-refundable.

• Results of dermatological, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments may vary from person to person; dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.

3.3 Treatment Packages

• Once a treatment package has been initiated, no refund will be provided for sessions already completed.

• Any unused sessions may be adjusted or transferred at the discretion of the Clinic.

• Package validity and conditions will be clearly explained prior to commencement.

4. Cancellation by Clinic

In rare circumstances where the Clinic cancels or reschedules an appointment due to unavoidable reasons, patients will be offered either:

• A full refund of the paid amount, or

• An option to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time.

5. Mode & Timeline of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.

• Refund processing may take 7–10 working days, depending on the payment method and banking procedures.

6. Medical Discretion

Certain treatments may not be suitable after medical evaluation.
In such cases, the Clinic reserves the right to modify or discontinue treatment in the patient’s best medical interest.
Any financial adjustment will be made solely at the discretion of the Clinic.

7. Changes to This Policy

The Clinic reserves the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any changes will be updated on this page with a revised effective date.
